ioEnterprise Event Manager consolidates messages from multiple mainframes and LPARs, midrange servers, and other intelligent devices into a single window so IT data center operators can:

  • Monitor events across the enterprise with an intuitive color-coded user interface, so critical events are quickly identified, escalated, and resolved
  • Filter messages and reduce demands on operator attention

The ioEnterprise interface allows events to be organized easily by event type, source, criticality, date/time, etc. and you can customize views for different user groups. Events may be assigned to specific staff members or groups, allowing quick distribution of events to the people best equipped to deal with the problem. You can also associate notes with events as they are assigned or resolved. Users acknowledge event assignments so managers have instant feedback on which events are outstanding, assigned, and in-progress. As events are received by ioEnterprise, critical events can immediately trigger emails, text messages, pages, or even automated actions.
